Hi, I’m Melissa!

I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a proud graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy (Class of 2022). Before becoming an RMT, I owned businesses centered around professional sports teams, nutrition, and personal training. That background naturally led me to massage therapy. The perfect fit to combine my passion for health, movement, and helping others feel and perform at their best.

I specialize in therapeutic medium to deep pressure treatments focused on pain management, mobility, and long-term tissue health. My treatments always incorporate a balanced flow that supports both effective therapeutic work and overall nervous system relaxation.

I’m highly attentive to each client’s individual needs and strongly believe in customized home care. When appropriate, I provide strengthening exercises, movement strategies, and lifestyle recommendations to support recovery and help prevent recurring discomfort in daily life.

I previously worked at an amazing clinic in Beaumont for 4 years, while also expanding my experience working with professional and high-performance athletes. This has allowed me to continue developing advanced therapeutic skills and expand my knowledge across multiple treatment approaches.

Treatment may support recovery from injury, reduction of neck and back pain, nerve-related tension, headaches, circulation concerns, muscle tightness, and overall physical stress load. My goal is always to listen first, assess carefully, and work collaboratively with each client toward their personal wellness goals.
